Straight answers.

What’s actually covered in the monthly payment?

Your annual inspection labor, one oil change with parts, AD compliance monitoring, and consumable fees are all built into the monthly rate. Parts found during inspection and any additional repairs are billed separately at your discounted member labor rate.

What if my annual is coming up soon?

Payments made during the 12 months preceding your scheduled annual are credited toward the final cost. The sooner you join, the more you’ve pre-paid before the bill comes due. We’ll work with you on timing when you sign up.

Am I locked in for a full year?

The agreement runs 12 months and auto-renews, but either party can cancel with 30 days written notice — no penalty, no cancellation fee. Any services scheduled prior to cancellation will be honored.

What does AOG priority actually mean in practice?

If your aircraft is grounded, you are first in line — period. Non-member service requests are always secondary to member AOG needs. Response is guaranteed within 24 hours, weather and airport access permitting, with the first hour of travel included at no charge.

Can I transfer my membership if I sell my aircraft?

Memberships are tied to the enrolled aircraft tail number and are non-transferable without written approval from New Flight. If you purchase a new aircraft, contact us and we’ll work out the best path forward for your situation.
